At NURIN JEWELLERY, we strive to deliver high-quality jewellery and provide a seamless shopping experience to our customers. Due to the nature of jewellery products, we follow a strict Exchange-Only Policy, and refunds are provided only in limited situations as described below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.


1. General Policy

NURIN JEWELLERY does not offer general returns or refunds once a product has been delivered.

However, customers may request an exchange if the product received has a verified issue such as:

  • manufacturing defect
  • damage during delivery
  • incorrect item delivered.

All requests must comply with the conditions stated in this policy.


2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for exchange purposes under the following conditions:

The customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product if there is any issue.

The product must meet the following criteria:

  • unused and unworn
  • in original packaging
  • all tags and labels intact
  • original invoice available
  • no signs of damage caused by the customer.

Products that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for exchange or return processing.


3. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange in the following cases:

Damaged Product

If the product is damaged during shipping.

Defective Product

If the product has a manufacturing defect.

Incorrect Product Delivered

If the wrong item was delivered compared to what was ordered.

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will process an exchange for the same product or another product of similar value, subject to availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, customers may be offered store credit or a suitable alternative product.


4. Exchange Request Process

To initiate an exchange request, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery through:

The exchange request must include:

  • order number
  • product images showing the issue
  • description of the problem.

Our support team will review the request and provide further instructions.


5. Return Shipping

If the exchange request is approved:

  • Customers may be instructed to ship the product back to our address.
  • The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

In cases where the issue is verified as a defect or wrong item delivered, NURIN JEWELLERY may cover the return shipping cost.

For other approved exchanges, shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.


6. Refund Policy

NURIN JEWELLERY generally does not offer refunds once a product has been shipped or delivered.

Refunds may only be issued in the following situations:

Order Cancelled Before Dispatch

If the order is cancelled before it is shipped, a full refund may be processed.

Product Unavailable

If the ordered product is unavailable and cannot be replaced, the customer may receive a refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.


7. Cash on Delivery Orders

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Customers are expected to accept the order once dispatched.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

Refunds are not applicable for refused COD orders after shipment.


8. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be credited through the original payment channel used for the purchase.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment processor or bank.

Payments made through gateways such as Razorpay or Cashfree may take additional processing time depending on banking systems.


9. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • product used or worn by the customer
  • product damaged after delivery
  • missing original packaging or tags
  • request raised after the allowed time period
  • incorrect address provided by the customer
  • change of mind or personal preference.

10. Fraud Prevention

NURIN JEWELLERY reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds if we suspect:

  • fraudulent claims
  • misuse of policies
  • repeated refund requests.

Customers found abusing the policy may have their accounts restricted.


11. Policy Updates

NURIN JEWELLERY reserves the right to update or modify this Refund, Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.

Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
