At NURIN JEWELLERY, we strive to ensure that every customer receives high-quality jewellery products and a smooth shopping experience. Due to the nature of jewellery products and hygiene considerations, our policy is structured primarily around product exchanges rather than refunds.
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
1. General Refund Policy
NURIN JEWELLERY follows an Exchange-Only Policy.
This means that refunds are generally not provided for orders once they are successfully delivered, except in specific situations defined in this policy.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, images, and specifications before placing an order.
2. Situations Where Refunds May Be Considered
Although refunds are generally not offered, they may be processed under the following circumstances:
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If an order is cancelled before it has been shipped, the customer may be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Product Unavailable
In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, NURIN JEWELLERY may:
- offer a replacement product, or
- provide a full refund of the order amount.
Failed Delivery Due to Operational Reasons
If delivery cannot be completed due to operational issues from our side or courier partner errors, we may:
- reship the product, or
- issue a refund where applicable.
3. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Provided
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of Mind
Refund requests based on personal preference such as:
- change of mind
- liking a different product
- no longer wanting the product
are not eligible for refunds.
Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address resulting in delivery failure, refunds will not be provided.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details during checkout.
Refusal of Cash on Delivery Orders
If a customer refuses to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) order after dispatch, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- refunds will not be provided
- customers may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
Used or Damaged Products
Refunds will not be granted for products that:
- have been used
- show signs of wear
- have been damaged after delivery.
4. Exchange Instead of Refund
As per our business policy, customers may request an exchange instead of a refund in certain situations.
Exchange requests are accepted only in the following cases:
- defective product received
- damaged item upon delivery
- incorrect product delivered.
Customers must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be:
- unused
- in original packaging
- accompanied by the original invoice.
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a replacement item will be shipped.
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the refund process will begin within 5–7 business days.
The time required for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method or banking system.
6. Payment Gateway Refund Processing
Refunds for online payments made via UPI or payment gateway services may be processed through secure payment partners such as:
- Razorpay
- Cashfree
Processing timelines may depend on the policies of these payment providers and the customer’s bank.
7. Fraud Prevention and Refund Rights
NURIN JEWELLERY reserves the right to refuse refund requests if we suspect:
- fraudulent activity
- abuse of refund policies
- repeated cancellation or refund requests.
We may also block accounts involved in suspicious transactions.

NURIN JEWELLERY reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
